OWN CAR AND CURRENT DRIVER’S LICENCE ESSENTIAL

No need to find your own clients, prepare invoices or chase payments. We provide your clients, equipment, paid training, superannuation, insurances, uniforms, ongoing weekday work, paid travel time and kilometres between jobs.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced gardeners—or practical, motivated people with the

right attitude—who are seeking consistent, long-term weekday work with paid travel, training,

quality equipment and opportunities to progress.

You will provide essential gardening assistance to older Australians, people living with disability and families who need support maintaining safe, tidy and enjoyable outdoor spaces.

About the Role

As a gardener with Gusto’s Home Hub, you will travel in your own vehicle to multiple client locations throughout Sydney each day.

Duties may include:

Lawn mowing and edging

Hedging and pruning

Weeding and garden-bed maintenance

Leaf blowing and general garden tidy-ups

Green-waste collection

Basic plant and garden care

Maintaining safe, clean and presentable outdoor areas

Communicating respectfully with clients and team members

You will need to safely carry gardening equipment in your vehicle, including items such as a lawn mower, edger, blower and hand tools.

This is a physically active, outdoor role that may involve lifting, bending, kneeling and working in a range of weather conditions.
