Casual Gym All-Rounder – Café & Front of House

Are you passionate about people, fitness, and creating a welcoming experience from the moment someone walks through the door? We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Casual Gym All-Rounder to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in high standards, and values being part of a strong community within a premium fitness environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving coffee, shakes, and simple food options in our in-house café
• Maintaining a consistently clean, organised, and welcoming club environment
• Supporting front desk operations, including calls and member enquiries
• Assisting with membership sales and helping people start their fitness journey
• Delivering a high standard of service across all areas of the business

This is a true all-rounder role — while the café is part of the position, a large portion of your time will be spent ensuring the gym floor, amenities, and shared spaces are presented to a premium standard.

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and consistent availability (15-20 hours per week)
• Saturday availability is essential
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• A proactive attitude and ability to take initiative without being directed
• Confidence working independently as well as part of a team
• Genuine passion for customer service and connecting with people
• Motivation to achieve and exceed key performance indicators
• Interest in growing into a part-time position for the right person
• Barista experience is a plus (but not essential – we’ll provide training)

Experience:

• Fitness Industry : 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
