• Getting to know every prospect-what drives them, what they need, and how we can help them thrive.
• Actively generating and nurturing leads through inbound enquiries, guest passes, community outreach, and events.
• Creating meaningful connections in person, online, and everywhere in between.
• Delivering personalised tours and consultations that uncover wellness goals and match people to the perfect Virgin Active experience.
• Tailoring recommendations, presenting membership options clearly, and supporting prospects through their decision-making journey.
• Closing sales with confidence, care, and genuine enthusiasm. · Keeping excitement high after sign-up, ensuring every member feels supported from day one.
• Maintaining excellent administration, club standards, and a safe environment.
• Going above and beyond-especially when it's least expected.

Who thrives in this role

• You have 1+ years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar environment.
• You bring strong people skills-you listen deeply, communicate clearly, and build trust easily.

• You love creating personalised solutions that genuinely help people.
