Be the Face of Our Fitness Business!

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional Receptionist who loves helping people and creating outstanding first impressions.

As the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping our business run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming members, guests, and visitors with a friendly attitude
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Managing bookings, appointments, and schedules
  • Maintaining a clean, professional reception area
  • Processing memberships, payments, and administrative tasks
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
