Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised People & Development Administrator to join our team for a dedicated six-month opportunity. In this exciting entry-level position, you will provide administrative support across a wide range of HR and learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be motivated and willing to learn, passionate about people and enjoys working across numerous systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support for firm-wide specific L&D projects and initiatives in line with organisational development goals.
  • Assist with general coordination and administration, including the delivery of induction and orientation programs, as well as training administration.
  • Assist with events managed by the People & Development team including graduate recruitment events and fairs, internal networking events and training events.
  • Manage all employee training data and submissions to ensure professional staff compliance.
  • Provide HR administration support to the team, including recruitment, onboarding, data and documentation coordination.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and be able to demonstrate the following attributes, skills and abilities:

  • Well-developed organisational and prioritisation skills;
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn;
  • Analytical, efficient, and thorough with a high attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities; and
  • Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable to work across numerous technology platforms.
