Key responsibilities:

· Deliver personalised cutting, colouring, styling and finishing services to exceed clients’ hair, fashion and special event needs.

· Demonstrate excellent people skills, raport building and positive, attentive client service that builds the genuine and lasting client relationships we are known for.

· Maintain a high standard of technical skill, creativity and artistry.

· Attend and participate in training and assist with developing other team members.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to support efficient salon operations.

· Maintain salon cleanliness, presentation and workplace health and safety standards.

· Participate in salon marketing and content creation.

· Be willing to assist with reception duties, including answering calls, greeting clients and processing sales.

· Have the confidence to manage stocktakes, ordering and other salon duties as required.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:

An AQF Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing, a Diploma in Hairdressing, or an equivalent recognised qualification or relevant experience.

· A minimum of three years’ relevant hairdressing experience.

· Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling and finishing.

· Excellent communication, consultation and interpersonal skills.

· A commitment to client satisfaction, consistent service and professional presentation.

· The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy salon.

· A willingness to continue learning, support colleagues and contribute to the salon’s growth.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
