You By Luke Perger is a premium colour salon on Queens Parade, Fitzroy North, specialising in balayage, blonde transformations and advanced colour.

Our communal table layout means you learn in the room from day one, watching real colour work instead of being tucked away in a back bay. We are a small team, so you will train directly under an owner with 18 years behind the chair.

The role

• Assisting with colour applications, shampooing and treatments
• Learning our formula and product systems (L'Oréal and LaBiosthetique)
• Looking after clients from the moment they walk in
• Keeping the colour bar and floor running smoothly
• Structured in salon training alongside your formal qualification

What we are looking for

• Genuine interest in colour, not just a general interest in hair
• Reliable, coachable and good with people
• Enrolled in or ready to enrol in a Certificate III in Hairdressing
• No salon experience needed, but commitment to the trade counts
