Full job description

KITCHEN HAND

Duties include:

  • Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, equipment, and utensils.
  • Dishwashing: Wash, dry, and put away all dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery.
  • Food Prep: Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients for service.
  • Assisting with dish preparation: Assisting to prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
  • Kitchen Safety: Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in the work areas.
  • Collating Orders

Approx 10 hours weekly.
