The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our Harbour Town Outlet team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced outlet environment while representing an iconic Australian brand.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock flow and day-to-day concession operations

• Retail experience with a strong customer focus and proven sales results
• Confident clienteling skills and a passion for styling
• Ability to work effectively in a premium concession environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
