Additional information:

• These opportunities are Permanent Part-time (40, 50 and 60hrs/fortnight)
• You will work on a rotating roster between 9:00am - 10:00pm, and 3 out of 4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).

Recruitment process:

• Following shortlisting, candidates will complete a pre-recorded video interview.
• Selected candidates will then attend a group interview scheduled for Friday, 4 September.
• Successful applicants will commence their employment with IKEA on Monday, 14 September.

Team vision (text) As a Sales Co-worker, you’ll help create an inspiring and seamless shopping experience for our customers. Working across Showroom and Markethall departments, you’ll combine customer interaction with hands-on store tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Approaching customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable home furnishing solutions.
• Actively selling the IKEA range and promoting services to enhance the customer experience.
• Keeping your area clean, well-stocked, organised and correctly priced.
• Maintaining and refreshing displays through basic visual merchandising and stock condensing.
• Replenishing stock and preparing sales spaces using safe manual handling techniques.
• Assembling products to ensure strong presentation and functionality.
• Using IKEA systems to provide accurate product information and support order placement.
• Working collaboratively with your team and other departments to deliver great results.
