Production Line Workers 

Coolum Beach, QLD 4573

Lab Organic’s products are manufactured in Coolum Beach and exported worldwide. As part of the global Performance Beauty Group, we work with the world’s leading beauty brands to produce exceptional products.  

The Position  

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Line Worker.

Your New Role

The role involves:  

  • Filling bottles
  • Packing Boxes
  • Loading orders onto pallet
  • Create product packaging and label packaging.
  • Properly use company provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where necessary
  • Maintain an accurate record and documentation of products managed in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
  • Maintaining accurate inventory counts
  • Other tasks as required

Physical Demands

  • Employee frequently is required to independently lift supplies that can be up to 15 kg
  • Employee independently pushes materials on rolling dollies up to 45 kg
  • Employee stands frequently up to ten hours throughout the day
  • Employee frequently bends over to lift boxes and containers
  • Employee frequently uses their hands in a repetitive manner

This position is a full time 38 hours week, on a casual basis; Tuesdays to Fridays 6am to 4pm, with Mondays off.  

The hourly rate starts at $33.50 depending on experience.  Pay review after 3 months of consistent employment, plus Bonuses based on performance.
