About Bistecca

Bistecca offers refined Tuscan hospitality in an intimate 50-seat restaurant featuring an old-world cocktail bar, open hearth kitchen with a famous butcher's block, and a private dining enoteca. The venue balances warmth and nostalgia with a touch of rustic charm and character.

The Role

You'll deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, creating extraordinary experiences for guests while maintaining the venue's warm, timeless atmosphere. The position involves managing your section to Bistecca's standards, building guest relationships, and ensuring seamless service throughout.

Key Responsibilities
    Provide service according to venue guidelines and sequence of service
    Deliver food and beverage to guests with attention to detail
    Maintain your section to Bistecca standards
    Handle venue set up and pack down
    Build and maintain guest relationships
    Contribute positively to venue culture
What You'll Need
    Proven experience in premium or hatted venues
    Confident, calm demeanour with ability to pivot between roles
    High attention to detail and genuine passion for guest interaction
    Strong organisational and communication skills
    Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
