Morrison is an Australian designer fashion brand, born in Fremantle, Western Australia in 2002, named after Kylie's loyal Kelpie Cross. Creative Director Kylie Radford became an almost overnight success story after designing the perfect fitting pair of pants that she couldn't keep in stock. From that first store, Kylie created collections with a focus on quality fabrics, considered silhouettes and the kind of subtle detailing that makes every piece feel quietly distinctive. Drawing inspiration from the relaxed confidence of the Australian lifestyle, Morrison creates collections that are timeless and modern, with an often unexpected detail that sets each piece apart. Produced in limited quantities with a focus on pieces you will keep forever. Today the label is still designed in Fremantle and has eleven boutiques and over 100 stockists nationally.

About the Role:

We are looking for a style-led, customer-obsessed Casual Retail Stylist to join our boutique team at Brighton, Hawksburn and Emporium boutiques. As a brand ambassador for Morrison, you will create considered, elevated shopping experiences, offer personalised styling advice, and work collaboratively with a passionate fashion team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine love of fashion, an eye for detail, and the confidence to connect with customers in a premium retail environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences for every customer.
• Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations that reflect the customer's lifestyle and needs.
• Build strong customer relationships through genuine engagement and clientelling.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections and seasonal trends.
• Assist with visual merchandising, replenishment, and ensuring the store is presented to brand standards.
• Support stock management processes, including receiving deliveries, stock transfers, and inventory organisation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales, customer experience, and operational objectives.

About You

• Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, or customer-focused retail environments is highly regarded.
• Naturally confident engaging with customers and building lasting relationships.
• Strong sales focus with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Highly reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods.
• A team player who is motivated to contribute to a positive and supportive store culture.
