Working closely with regional leaders and teams, you'll be at the centre of operations, coordinating initiatives, improving processes, supporting our people, and ensuring the Perth office is a productive and welcoming place to work. This is a highly visible role that combines operational leadership, business support, office management and employee experience, making a meaningful impact across the region every day.

The Regional Operations & Office Support Partner ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of operational support across the WA business. Acting as a central point of coordination, this role streamlines processes, optimises resources, and maintains operational standards to keep critical functions running seamlessly. The role includes office support in the Perth office.

About You
The Operations and Office Support Partner brings to the role a combination of the following experience, skills, and attributes, including but not limited to:
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role, operating confidently at both strategic and operational levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Committed to fostering an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, with strong writing skills and experience in financial management and invoicing.
- Passion for enhancing the employee experience and supporting others to succeed.

- Strong judgement, problem solving, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Western Australia Operations
- Ensure the RGM WA is supported across WA operations with timely monthly reporting.
- Lead and support delivery of regional initiatives.
- Take an active part in the WA leadership team and support their day-to-day activities.
- Drive operational efficiency by supporting day-to-day functions, improving processes, and ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity to within +/- 3%.
- Operational improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement in line with industry best practice.
- Performance monitoring: track regional organisational performance and drive accountability across region to meet business targets.
- Provide operational support to the WA team.
- Oversee resource management, revenue, business operation budgets, and day-to-day activities and processes.
- Other duties as required.
- Act as the primary liaison for IMS across WA, ensuring compliance with national IMS responsibilities.
- Conduct and support project health checks across WA.
- Coordinate and delegate IMS tasks across WA.
- Be the key contact on our internal systems (HENRI) to support for operations nationally
- Act as a trainer for HENRI (Salesforce) i.e.: project manager fundamentals, billing etc
- Oversee regional onboarding for new starters.
- Manage the WA office that may include but isn’t limited to; travel bookings, event management, kitchen management, office policies, interacting with building management and participation in group wide initiatives.
