Full job description

We’re a BBQ buffet in Homebush looking for reliable kitchen hands and friendly front-of-house team members.

Hours

  • Tue–Fri: 5:00pm–10:00pm
  • Sat–Sun: 12:00pm–10:00pm

Key responsibilities

  • Kitchen hand: food prep, dishwashing, basic cleaning, assisting cooks, maintaining hygiene and food-safety standards.
  • Front-of-house: greeting guests, clearing and bussing tables, simple service tasks, taking payments, supporting floor turnover.

Must-haves

  • Hardworking and punctual
  • Clean and hygienic work habits
  • Able to work calmly under pressure during busy shifts
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills (basic English sufficient)
  • Right to work in Australia

Additional desirable requirements

  • Previous experience in casual dining/ buffet or fast-paced restaurants preferred
  • Flexible to cover occasional extra shifts or public holidays
  • Reliable transport to Homebush
