Full job description

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and hard-working Barista / Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team, ensuring consistently exceptional coffee and customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide excellent customer service and act as the face of the cafe
  • Prepare high-quality coffee beverages to the cafe's exacting standards
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Ensure an efficient and seamless workflow in the busy cafe
  • Open and/or close the store following set-up and/or pack down procedures
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Assist with general cafe duties as required
