Deputy Head of Junior School (Curriculum & Pedagogy)
Presbyterian Ladies’ College Melbourne
The Role
PLC is seeking an outstanding educational leader with a genuine passion for teaching and learning to provide strategic leadership of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment across the Junior School.
Working closely with the Head of Junior School and as a key member of the Junior School Leadership Team, you will lead educational improvement, strengthen teacher capability and champion evidence-informed practice to enhance outcomes for every student. You will also work collaboratively with leaders and colleagues across the College to support a coherent and aligned approach to teaching and learning from ELC to Year 12.
This is an exciting time to join PLC and an opportunity to help shape the College’s next chapter, contributing to a strong and forward-looking educational vision.

Lead and support Subject and Learning Enhancement Leaders

Contribute strategically to the leadership of the Junior School and broader College

Committed to supporting the Christian ethos, values and educational mission of PLC
Applicants must hold a relevant teaching qualification and current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration. A Masters in Educational Leadership or Curriculum Leadership is desirable.
