Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy 2018-32. The strategy aims to ultimately deliver an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North by 2032. Over the coming years, significant capital works are being undertaken, including hospital construction and refurbishment and the implementation of the ieMR Advanced solution across all Metro North facilities. Achieving the aims of the strategy requires a dedicated team with the knowledge, determination, and skills to deliver quality results.
About the Role
Reporting to the Digital Training Manager, Queensland Digital Academy (QDA) you will provide an efficient, effective, professional and client focused administrative support and service within Digital Metro North (DMN), ensuring that DMN administration services meet the needs of the Metro North Health's organisation and maintaining excellent customer relationships with all users of DMN administration services.
This role has a high volume of data entry and maintenance. This role will require access to Metro North Health's learning management system, known as the Talent Management System (TMS), to manage and maintain training information.
This role is full time with the standard hours of operation being 8:00am - 4:06pm, Monday to Friday.
Flexible working arrangements such as variable working hours, working from home and flex accrual may be supported.
Key knowledge and experience
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
Provide a responsive, customer focused support service to the Metro North Health organisation as a member of the Queensland Digital Academy (QDA) Administration Services team within Digital Metro North (DMN).
Provide support function for training activities, including registration compilation and training material management.
Receive, process and action incoming correspondence, prioritising effectively as required.
Assist with ordering of goods and services, stock control, records and file management.
Provide secretariat duties to DMN meetings; arrange and coordinate meetings, organise meeting papers, provide confidential and accurate minute taking and distribute as required.
Receive, process and action incoming correspondence, prioritising effectively as required.
Contribute to the development of databases and spreadsheets and complete data entry whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of information.
Provide support function for training activities, including registration compilation and training material management.
