Job Description


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Report Production & Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

In this role, you will support a team of medical specialists and quality assurance professionals by preparing, formatting and coordinating independent medical assessment reports. You will manage dictation, document production and workflow processes, ensuring reports are delivered accurately, professionally and within strict deadlines.

Working closely with medical specialists, clients and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of reports while providing exceptional administrative support and customer service.


Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to accurately format, proofread and produce professional reports, forms and correspondence to a consistently high standard.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to build and maintain professional relationships with medical specialists, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • A methodical and process-driven approach, combined with a commitment to accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional administrative support
