Full job description

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Aged care or Disability Carers to join our growing team in Adelaide. In this role, you will support elderly participants and individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

· Assisting participants with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

· Supporting mobility and safe transfer of participants

· Assisting with meal preparation and feeding where required

· Monitoring and reporting changes in participants’ health or behaviour

· Providing medication reminders or support under supervision

· Maintaining accurate documentation and care records

· Providing emotional support and companionship

· Assisting with light household duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

· Following infection control and workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Qualifications

· Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or related field (desirable)

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in aged care, disability support, or community care

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Current First Aid & CPR certification (preferred)
