The Company

Vitality Works, part of the Sanitarium Group, partners with leading organisations across Australia and New Zealand to deliver evidence-informed workplace health solutions. Our Health Promotion & Injury Prevention (HPIP) team works across major infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, mining and utility environments to reduce injury risk and improve workforce capacity.

We are seeking a clinician or exercise scientist to join our WA team on a casual, sessional basis (a few days per month).

This role is well suited to a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor, Occupational Therapist or Exercise Scientist looking to apply their expertise in a preventative, workplace setting alongside their primary role.

The Role

As a Workplace Health Consultant at Vitality Works, you will deliver structured, evidence-based health promotion and injury prevention initiatives on-site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering workshops focused on musculoskeletal and psychological risk reduction
  • Conducting targeted health risk screenings (e.g. blood pressure, metabolic indicators)
  • Providing brief early-intervention consultations and preventative guidance
  • Supporting ergonomic and movement education initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with site leaders and stakeholders
  • Contributing to reporting aligned to measurable program outcomes

You will operate as a trusted health professional within complex work environments, translating clinical knowledge into practical, scalable prevention strategies.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science or similar
  • Relevant registration/accreditation (where applicable)
  • CPR & First Aid certification
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Interest in occupational health, prevention and population-level impact
  • Workplace health experience is advantageous but not essential.
