Looking for a role where you can make a real difference?

We're on the lookout for a friendly, motivated Allied Health Assistant to join our Early Start Australia team in Armadale. If you love working with children, enjoy supporting families, and want to be part of a fun and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!

Working alongside our Speech Pathologists, you'll help deliver therapy programs and support children to build their communication skills and confidence.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting children in therapy sessions
  • Helping run therapy activities developed by our Speech Pathologists
  • Preparing resources, games, and materials for sessions
  • Assisting with client appointments and clinic activities
  • Building positive relationships with children and families
  • Completing basic admin and therapy-related tasks

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Enjoy working with children and families
  • Are organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Have great communication skills
  • Love being part of a team
  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

You'll need:

  • A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current driver's licence

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in disability, education, healthcare, or community services
  • An interest in speech pathology and communication development
