About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager – Contracts Operations to lead and support our operations across remote WA region.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, P&L results, client relationships and team capability across multiple contracts. You’ll lead and coach Site Managers and Coordinators, ensuring our services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coach Site Managers and Coordinators to drive P&L performance, revenue growth, cost control and margin improvement.
• Oversee the delivery of site base maintenance services, including shutdowns and breakdowns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, supporting service excellence and repeat business.
• Lead incident investigations, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and mentor high-performing operational teams, building accountability and capability.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve safety, operational performance, customer satisfaction and profitability.

What you’ll bring

• Previous management experience within the mining, heavy industrial or field services industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills, with sound computer literacy.
• Strong financial understanding, including the ability to interpret P&L statements, manage costs and contribute to commercial decision-making.
• Knowledge of the relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice and any other applicable standards that affect operations;
