Medacs is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Allied Health team. No recruitment experience is required - we'll provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and the support you need to build a successful and rewarding career.
You'll join a close-knit, high-performing team with extensive industry expertise and learn how to manage recruitment processes, build client relationships, and connect healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing

Learning the end-to-end recruitment process

Speaking with candidates and building strong relationships

Making outbound calls to identify and engage healthcare professionals
-
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and databases
-
Screening and interviewing candidates
-
Assisting with matching candidates to suitable opportunities
-
Supporting client relationships and learning business development skills
-
Maintaining candidate records and recruitment activity
-
Working alongside experienced recruiters and leaders who will mentor and develop you
