Full job description
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time; 38 hours per week
Flexible work from home arrangements on Thursday and Friday. Standard hours 8/8:30 to 4:30/5pm
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2
Remuneration: $114,251 - $134,809 per annum + Annual leave loading + Superannuation

About the Role
You will work at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, which has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
To provide oversight and management of the day to day operations of the Concord Hospital Performance Unit, supporting the coordination of performance reporting requirements. Working in the team providing in-services, building reports and dashboards, training and guiding team members, ADHOC analysis.

Ideal Candidate
- Flexible work from home arrangements on Thursday and Friday. Standard hours 8/8:30 to 4:30/5pm.
- Tertiary qualification in Medical Records Administration, Health Information Management, Health Informatics or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated high level understanding of the principles of casemix and the use of casemix information in health services management as well as activity based funding principles, models and application.

Extensive experience in the management and use of reporting systems and clinical information management in the public or private hospital system.
