Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various positions across all industries. The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best talent available in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most effective recruitment solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and databases
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
