$80,000 + Super | Permanent, Full-Time

Our Recruitment Consultants generally join us through one of two pathways: as experienced recruiters or as industry professionals looking to apply their knowledge and experience to a career in recruitment.

We currently have opportunities across several specialist teams, including:

Ideally, you will:

  • Have one to two years of recruitment experience or experience working in the industry you would like to recruit within

  • Be a natural and engaging communicator who brings out the best in others
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities may change
  • Be highly organised and use effective processes and workflows to manage competing demands
  • Enjoy problem-solving and finding practical solutions
