The Team
We are a vibrant socially minded group with a mission to tackle homelessness through active contribution to On My Feet and a vision to be the most trusted SME IT Department in Australia.
The Technical Group is made out of three teams that work together to provide outstanding support to our clients.- The Response Team, the NetAdmin Team and the Project Services Team.

The Opportunity
Due to continued Company growth we have yet again promoted one of the Response Team to the NetAdmin team and this has created an opportunity for a new team member to join the Response Team in this brand new position.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is growing strongly and poised to become the Managed Service Provider of choice for clients and employees alike. Reporting to the Response Team – Team Lead, you will be based at our West Perth office working with our predominantly CBD based clients in the mid-market space (20-200 seats). This is the right role for a candidate that wishes to specialize in a career that delivers solutions to this market.
We would like to hear from you if you can meet some to all of the following requirements:
- A funky pair of socks (but if you don’t, we will give you get some when you start and on your birthday).
- Highly skilled client support and relationship management skills.
- The ability to assist non-technical people understand technical aspects.
- Exceptional planning and organisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level written and documentation skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
- Knowledge of hardware configurations
- Knowledge of network configurations
- Current WA Drivers License
