Are you an barista with ambition, drive and a natural ability to lead?

We're looking for someone special to take ownership of our Saturday service and help us grow Big Shed Cafe into something even bigger!

This isn't just another barista job. We're looking for someone with an owner's mindset — someone who takes pride in what they do, thrives on responsibility and gets genuine satisfaction from seeing a café succeed.

The role:

• Run our Saturday front of house with confidence
• Make barista coffee
• Open and close the café independently
• Manage customer orders and keep service flowing
• Personality plus
• Help drive sales, improve operations and grow the business

Hours: Saturdays, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm.
