Join the Team at Da Orazio Trattoria – New opening in Rushcutters Bay

Located in the heart of Rushcutters Bay, Da Orazio Trattoria is a new Italian neighbourhood restaurant by acclaimed chef Orazio D'Elia. Inspired by the traditional trattorias of north, central and southern Italy, our menu celebrates honest cooking, exceptional seasonal produce, handmade pasta, premium charcoal-grilled meats and seafood, and genuine Italian hospitality.

Set in the venue where Orazio first made his name as a chef, Da Orazio Trattoria offers a warm, energetic and professional dining experience where authentic food, outstanding service and attention to detail come together. As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for passionate hospitality professionals who want to be part of something special from day one.

We’re currently seeking passionate and experienced floor staff to join our growing team. You’ll be apart of leading the daily operations, supporting your high-performing teammates, and contribute to the continued success of the venue as part of a hospitality group poised for expansion.
