- Support the Venue Manager in leading & motivating a dynamic team, fostering a culture of teamwork, progression & accountability.
- Deliver an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring seamless venue operations, responding to feedback & coaching your team.
- Oversee safety & compliance—managing procedures, implementing risk management strategies & ensuring all standards are met.
- Drive business success by supporting key KPIs—including sales, customer experience, safety, labour & COGS.
- Develop & mentor your team, ensuring they have the skills, confidence & support to succeed.
- Ensure smooth venue operations—managing presentation, cleanliness & efficiency so every customer has an epic experience.
- Step up as acting Venue Manager when required, taking the lead to keep the venue running at world-class standards.
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment (hospitality, retail, fitness, recreation, or similar).
- A strong sense of ownership—you’re proactive, solutions-focused & lead by example.
- A passion for coaching & developing young teams, with experience leading, mentoring & motivating 16–24-year-olds.
- Customer-first thinking—you thrive on creating magic moments & ensuring every guest has an amazing experience.
- Strong commercial awareness—you understand sales, labour, cost control & operational efficiency.
- Resilience & adaptability—you stay calm under pressure, embrace challenges & bring positivity every day.
