Relief Management Position- minimum 6-month placement

Opportunity for capable hands-on individual to manage a tourism only caravan park in WA.

The successful applicant will preferably have experience in the caravan park industry and must be computer-literate (RMS experience is highly valued) We are looking for someone who is ready to oversee and participate in the maintenance and smooth functioning of the park, manage people and build a strong support team, and provide excellent customer service.

The successful candidates will offer skills and experience such as the following:

• Provide strong leadership and lead your team by example
• Maintain the park with competent handyperson skills
• Be able to understand and maintain the park infrastructure and systems,
• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
• Hands-on approach and flexible attitude with regard to work hours
• Maintain the grounds with help from the groundspersons
• Ensure high standards of accommodation, facilities and cleanliness
• Computer-literate and able to manage reservations efficiently and complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting through RMS
• Have financial and business common sense
• Understand and comply with legislation and safety and health requirements
• Flexibility as this role may require relocating from time to time (within WA only)

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
