Are you passionate about customer service?

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Bottle Shop Attendant at Cellarbrations North Burleigh.

Shortlisting will commence ASAP.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are accurately labeled and priced.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Keep the bottle shop area clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
  • Adhere to all legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, including checking identification and refusing service to underage or intoxicated individuals.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the bottle shop.
