Admin Assistant – Work From Home (Flexible for the Right Candidate)

We are seeking an experienced and self‑driven Administration Assistant to support a growing company. This role is ideal for someone who can work with minimal direction, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and manage message taking with professionalism
  • Schedule staff and coordinate daily workflows
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Complete invoicing and basic accounts tasks
  • Provide general administrative support across multiple service streams
