We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Ward Clerk to join our healthcare team at Joondalup Health Campus, on a part-time basis 60 hrs F/N.

In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of our ward operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical staff, patients, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

As a Ward Clerk, you will manage critical administrative functions that directly support the delivery of quality patient care. You will work closely with nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate ward activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient communication across all departments. Your attention to detail, professional attitude and customer-focused approach will be essential to your success in this position.
