About the opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organised Storeperson to support Food Services by ensuring the effective management and control of stock across the site. This role is responsible for maintaining stock levels, conducting stocktakes, receiving and distributing goods, and ensuring all products are stored and handled in accordance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of Food Services through strong customer service, accurate record keeping, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will also assist with reporting, equipment monitoring, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient storeroom operation.
To be successful, you will have experience in stores or inventory management, sound computer skills, a strong focus on safety and customer service, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A valid Driver Licence and/or Forklift Licence is essential.
