About the role:

We are currently seeking a full-time, Administrator to join our team based at our Newcastle or Mackay office. Reporting to our Acting Manager, Management Accounting, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across multiple projects and stakeholders. Your day-to-day will vary but some of the core functions of this role include:

• Weekly timesheet processing
• Roster management
• Inventory processing and movements
• Invoicing and WIP management
• Managing compliances & accommodation bookings
• General support to internal workforce working across multiple locations and clients
• General administration and support to the project management teams

About You:

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with the following:

• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
• Previous experience in a similar administrative support role (highly regarded)
• Exposure to finance admin functions (highly desirable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Pronto or INX) (advantageous)
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously
