Apprentice Chef – 1st to 3rd Year

We are currently seeking motivated and passionate 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year Apprentice Chefs to join our growing kitchen team.

Reports to: Head Chef
Location: Warner on the Bay - Forbes , East hills location, Chipping Norton
Employment Type: [Full-time/Part-time/Contract]

This is a fantastic opportunity for apprentices who are serious about developing their culinary career and gaining hands-on experience in a professional hospitality environment.

About the Role

Working alongside our experienced chefs, you will learn and develop skills in:

  • Food preparation and cooking
  • Kitchen operations and service
  • Food safety and hygiene requirements
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Menu preparation and presentation
  • Working efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current enrolment in a Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship or willingness to commence an apprenticeship
  • A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A willingness to learn from experienced chefs
  • Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
