The Role

We are seeking a passionate, fast-paced, and team-oriented Kitchen Attendant / All rounder with experience in Japanese cuisine. This is a role in a dynamic kitchen environment where attention to detail, creativity, and collaboration are essential. The ideal candidate will bring energy, dedication, and a drive for excellence to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with kitchen team in daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Prepare food as required
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of authentic Japanese dishes.
  • Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in compliance with local health regulations and our Food Safety Program.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Must have minimum of 1 year experience working as a chef.
  • Proven experience in Japanese cuisine
  • Management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and culinary innovation.
  • Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
