Our front of house works closely alongside the kitchen, retail, grocery, and the wider CIBI team to create seamless, meaningful experiences for our guests. You’ll be part of a team that values care, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Beyond delivering excellent service, you’ll contribute to the culture, energy, and day-to-day rhythm of the floor while creating meaningful everyday experiences for our guests.

Creating the CIBI Experience

• Delivering thoughtful, warm, and efficient front of house service that reflects the CIBI way

• Working at pace through busy service periods — staying composed, focused, and guest-centred• Supporting and guiding junior FOH team members through daily operations

• Working closely with the FOH Lead, Supervisor and wider team to ensure smooth, seamless service
• Collaborating with kitchen, retail, and grocery teams to contribute to a connected experience across CIBI
• Contributing to the development of a positive, organised, and collaborative FOH culture
• Taking increasing ownership of the floor as you grow into the Supervisor pathway

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 year experience in a front of house role at a quality hospitality venue (Australian experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of service standards, guest experience, and floor operations
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is highly regarded
• A genuine interest in taking on leadership responsibility over time
