Due to continued growth and strong guest demand, we are seeking multiple Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Based primarily at La Piazza, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, attentive service and a love of great food. As your skills develop, you'll also have opportunities to gain exposure to other venues across the Group, expanding your hospitality knowledge and career opportunities.
Shifts are available across lunch, dinner, evenings and weekends.
What You'll Be Doing

• Providing friendly, professional and attentive table service
• Welcoming guests and creating memorable dining experiences
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
• Delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Assisting guests with menu recommendations and enquiries
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
• Following food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety requirements

About You
You are passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences. You enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a busy environment and are eager to learn, develop and grow within a large hospitality group.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality or customer service roles preferred
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong presentation and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA qualification (or willingness to obtain)
• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
• A desire to learn new skills and explore opportunities across multiple hospitality venues
