Hospitality jobs in Moonah TAS

Barista & Café All-Rounder

We have a position available across our cafés for a great human with solid hospo skills to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is happy, positive, driven and genuinely enjoys working in a busy café environment.

Our venues include a fast-paced 60-seat café as well as our CBD espresso bar, so this role suits someone who is comfortable with high-volume coffee, busy services and working as part of a strong team.

We’re serious about specialty coffee and quality, so attention to detail matters. You don’t need to know everything — we’re big believers in training and helping good people grow — but you do need to care about doing things well.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid barista and hospitality experience
• Can confidently handle a busy coffee service
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced café
• Has a great eye for detail
• Is reliable, positive and happy to jump in wherever needed
• Enjoys being part of a team
• Wants to keep learning and improving

What we offer:

• A supportive, welcoming team
• Ongoing specialty coffee training
• Variety working across our café venues
• The opportunity to work closely with our specialty coffee roastery
• Long-term opportunities for the right person
• A workplace that values good people, good coffee and doing things properly

If you love hospitality, enjoy a busy service and want to work somewhere you can continue developing your coffee skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Send through your resume and a little bit about yourself and why you think you’d be a good fit for our team.

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
