As our accommodation portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Hotel Service Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic hospitality professional looking for long-term career growth within an expanding company.

About the Role

As a Hotel Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day service operations of our accommodation properties while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and high service standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and develop hospitality teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel service operations, including front office, housekeeping and guest services.
  • Supervise and support hotel staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Prepare staff rosters and allocate daily duties.
  • Conduct room inspections and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies and hospitality regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation and operational standards throughout the property.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory, linen and housekeeping supplies.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
  • Support management in improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in hotel, motel or accommodation management or hotel service supervision.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Experience supervising housekeeping and front office operations.
  • Knowledge of hospitality cleaning procedures and quality standards.
  • Understanding of Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management is highly regarded.
  • Full Australian working rights or eligibility for employer sponsorship.
