Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Restaurant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a passionate Hospitality professional, with similar experience within a 5 star restaurant or resort environment to lead our Food & Beverage Team. In this role you will deliver people operations across the allocated food & beverage outlets, with primary responsibility for management, recruitment and selection, learning, performance, employee experience, culture development and internal communications.

Key Duties
  • Ensure efficient and consistent service standards are provided by all hotel food and beverage outlets
  • Liaise closely with senior management to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the hotel’s food & beverage outlets
  • Liaise with other department managers to maximise resources and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of Ayers Rock Resort with responsibility to support, develop and retain staff
  • Oversee budgeting and daily cost control ensuring costs are minimised and profit generation is maximised
  • Maintain outlet presentation, customer service, operating equipment and stock
