We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Hotel Front Office Team in a casual position.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences, and has strong attention to detail.

Key requirements:

  • Previous hotel front office experience
  • Experience using Opera PMS (strongly preferred)
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and reliability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • A positive, team-focused attitude

Availability requirements:
Flexibility is desirable, with a particular need for reliable availability on Fridays and Saturdays, along with the ability to work a mix of mornings, evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts as required.

Experience with other hotel management systems such as Room Master, RMS, or IDPMS will also be highly regarded.
