Opportunities Available


We are hiring for the following roles:

  • Floor Supervisor - Full Time
  • Houseperson - Full Time
  • Turndown Attendant - Casual

About the Roles:


Floor Supervisor (Full Time)


As a Floor Supervisor, you will lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.


Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Room Attendants on assigned floors
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure brand standards are consistently met
  • Coordinate daily room assignments and prioritise VIP/special requests
  • Provide coaching and training to team members
Houseperson (Full Time)

As a Houseperson, you will be an essential support to the housekeeping team, ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes.


Key responsibilities:

  • Replenish linen, amenities, and supplies across floors
  • Maintain cleanliness in service areas and corridors
  • Assist Room Attendants and Supervisors as needed
  • Respond promptly to guest and operational requests

Turndown Attendant (Casual)


As a Turndown Attendant, you will play an important role in creating memorable evening experiences for our guests.


Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare guest rooms for evening comfort (turndown service)
  • Refresh rooms to ensure a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere
  • Deliver personalised touches that elevate the guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail at all times

About You

  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage (but not essential for all roles)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
