About the Role

Working within the Hilton environment, you will be part of a professional housekeeping team responsible for delivering consistently high standards across guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to Hilton brand standards
• Replenish linen, towels, and amenities with care and attention to detail
• Maintain well-stocked and organised housekeeping areas
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
• Complete deep cleaning tasks to maintain property presentation
• Support sustainability initiatives through correct waste handling
• Engage professionally with guests when required
• Work collaboratively with other departments to support hotel operations

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine pride in presentation and cleanliness
• Reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Positive attitude and professional communication
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience (preferred, not essential)
