We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with a passion for empowering, developing, and motivating the team to succeed.

Job Description
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping team
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in driving the productivity, motivation and development of all Housekeeping team members
- Assist with the induction and training of new Housekeeping team members
- Ensure high cleanliness and productivity standards are met and kept in accordance to company guidelines
- Organise and allocate rooms for the rostered team members on shift
- Ensure appropriate chemical safety and WHS standards and practices are maintained
Qualifications
- Warm and caring personality
- Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Comprehensive computer skills
- Take pride in delivering high-quality guest experiences
- A quick thinker who can think on the spot to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
