Position Description
  • Full time ongoing position
  • LET1-4 salary range $86,239 - $104,720 p.a + super
  • Based at Light Square campus / Kaurna Country

Your Next Adventure

The primary role of a TAFE SA Lecturer is to provide a quality educational service of training, assessment, and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives. Lecturers may also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients.

  • The candidate must demonstrate current and relevant experience within the business and management sectors, including: Operational and strategic management roles within small, medium, or large organisations.
  • Experience in supervising teams, leading projects, implementing business strategy, and managing organisational performance.
  • Demonstrated capability in areas such as leadership development, organisational behaviour, change management, project coordination, business planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Evidence of maintaining industry currency through professional networks, contemporary industry practice, and ongoing workforce engagement.

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
