Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our growing remote team. This role will be responsible for managing all HR functions and office operations virtually. As our staff is spread across different locations, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to foster team collaboration in a remote setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end remote recruitment processes, including job postings, virtual interviews, candidate onboarding, and inductions.
  • Contracts: Prepare and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Equipment Organization: Coordinate the logistics of office equipment and supplies for remote staff, ensuring timely distribution and maintenance.
  • KPI Monitoring and Accountability: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for staff across various locations, providing regular virtual feedback and support.
  • Staff Engagement: Develop and implement remote engagement initiatives to enhance team morale, communication, and collaboration.
  • Training: Identify training needs and coordinate virtual professional development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for staff regarding HR issues, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively through virtual communication channels.
  • Leave Approval: Manage and approve staff leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and adequate coverage.
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of office sundries remotely, coordinating needs for utilities, maintenance, and supplies for staff in various locations.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal standards, adaptable for remote teams.
  • Performance Management: Conduct virtual performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and accountability.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proven experience in HR management and remote office administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software, office management tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
