About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Manager, Human Resources Operations to lead our HR Services, Payroll, and HR Reporting Functions. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient HR and payroll services while providing timely workforce reporting and insights that support informed decision-making across the organisation.
Success in this role means delivering efficient, accurate, and people-focused HR Services and payroll. It involves supporting employees and managers, ensuring HR processes are compliant and run smoothly, improving systems and processes, and building positive working relationships.
The role is Ongoing Full-time position.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have:
-
Deep payroll expertise, strong operational leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
-
You will lead teams responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, HR administration and HR reporting, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across all people operations.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
-
Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience in related disciplines.
-
Political neutrality with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners.
-
Satisfactory Criminal Records check result.
