What We're Looking For

Our participants deserve knowledgeable, respectful and capable Support Coordinators who can confidently navigate the NDIS system.

Please only apply if you have a minimum of 12 months' experience working within the NDIS sector.

Success in this role requires:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High levels of organisation and time management
  • Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a team environment
  • Sound understanding of NDIS legislation, processes and participant needs
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach

Essential Requirements

Applicants must provide evidence of:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Services, Community Services, Disability or related field (Diploma, Degree or equivalent)
  • Minimum 12 months proven NDIS experience, specifically in Support Coordination
  • Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Infection Control training
  • Three professional references
