Full job description

Role : IT Desktop EUC Support

Location: 8/540 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006
Client: AECOM
Duration:18 Months (Extendable)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – Onsite

Working Time: 8:30AM TO 5PM
Start Date: In 2 weeks After Selection
Salary: AUD 60,000 per annum + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, hardware and software
  • Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests
  • Perform device deployment, upgrades, refreshes and asset management
  • Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing systems and meet SLAs
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN and Wi-Fi
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors when required

Required Skills

  • Experience in IT Desktop Support / Service Desk / EUC
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • Hardware troubleshooting, imaging and deployment experience
  • Familiarity with SCCM, Intune or similar endpoint management tools
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
